Everything you need to know before you book.

No. We focus on done-for-you setups only — simple, streamlined, and stress-free.

No. Clients may bring their own food or caterer. We offer styling for dessert tables and food displays as an add-on.

Cancellations made 14+ days before the event receive a full refund of the deposit.
Cancellations within 14 days forfeit the 50% deposit.
Reschedules are accommodated based on availability.

We recommend 2–4 weeks in advance. Limited last-minute bookings may be available.

Yes — through our three signature styles, the Signature Color Accent add-on (+$100), and our full enhancements menu.
Fully custom themes are available from $350 with a 6-week lead time.
